Refund policy

RETURN POLICY In compliance with European regulations, we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

Strict Return Requirements: To be accepted, the garment must strictly meet these conditions:

1. Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

2. Odors & Stains (Anti-Wardrobing): If the returned item has any odor (perfume, smoke, deodorant) or stains (makeup, sweat), the return will NOT be accepted and the item will be sent back to you. (We are very strict on this point to ensure quality for every customer).

3. Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.

How to Start a Return: Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Email us at info@tribalego.com with your order number. We will provide the exact address and instructions.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary from 3 to 7 business days.
